At Mimi Fitwear we take every care to ensure you love your new yoga items, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your new purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 28 days of purchase.


What should you do?

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please email us at contact@mimifitwear.co.uk to arrange a refund or exchange.

We will then provide you with our address for you to send the product back to Mimi Fitwear within 28 days of delivery.

Don't forget to get a Post Office receipt as we can only refund or exchange if the item is returned to us in its original condition and has not been worn, altered or tampered with in any way.


What will we do?

If the item is not as described on our website or is faulty, we will offer a full refund including the cost of standard class return postage.

If you decide you do not want to keep the item for any other reason and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, we will arrange a refund on the item cost only but cannot cover the cost of return postage.

All refunds will be via your original payment method.


Orders not received within the stated timescales

If your order hasn't arrived within the timescale advised, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
